Abdullah A. Al-Ajaji
Chairman, Co-founder
Abdullah has
played various roles in the development of Yareem Restaurants. As one of
the original idea holders and main investors, Abdullah has been crucial to
the success and development of the company. A former communications
engineer and economic analyst at Saudi Aramco, Abdullah now works at
Merchant Bridge, a Dubai-based private equity firm. Abdullah graduated from
Pennsylvania State University with B.S. degrees in Computer Engineering and
Economics in 2004
Abdulaziz A. Alnaim,

Chairman (January 2006- March 2011)
Abdulaziz is
currently President and Fund Manager at Mayar Capital Management.
Previously, Abdulaziz was Chairman and CEO of Yareem Ltd., an Isle of Man
investment company. Abdulaziz manages funds following a
disciplined value investing approach. Abdulaziz has been actively involved
in the concept development, planning and implementation since coming up with
the original idea for Otacuschez and Yareem Restaurants in 2005. He
continues to contribute his creativity, participating in the company’s
growth and development plans. Abdulaziz is a CFA charterholder and is a
member of CFA Bahrain. He holds a BS in Management Science with a
concentration in Finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Hanaa A. Almoaibed
Director, Co-founder
President &
CEO (September 2006 – October 2007)
Hanaa joined
the Yareem Restaurants team as the VP, Content and Social Responsibility in
October 2005. Hanaa became President in August of 2006 and held that
position until October 2007. She continues to make sure that Yareem
Restaurants act as socially responsible as possible. Hanaa has her BA in
International Studies from the University of Washington in Seattle and her
MS from the London School of Economics in International Development. Hanaa
is now working in education developing curricula and is involved in various
social and development activities. Her ultimate goal is to help her country
foster a sustainable environment for future generations to live comfortably
and productively.
Hamad F. Al Saleh
Director, Co-founder
Hamad, a
Boston University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, is a member of the founding team. In addition to being one
of the main investors, Hamad has been actively involved with the company
since inception. His level of engagement however tends to be more strategic
than on a day-to-day business. Hamad works full-time as a Financial Analyst
in Saudi Aramco.
Noaf A. Alturki
Director
Noaf is Group
Corporate Communications Manager at Rawabi Holding Company, a Group of
Companies based in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia, that includes more than 25
companies and over 5,000 employees. She oversees internal and external
communications as well as the Group’s Social Corporate Responsibility Unit.
Noaf is also head of Social Activities Committee
at the Saudi Cancer Foundation. Ms. Alturki joined the Board in the fourth
quarter of 2009. She holds a BA in Sociology and Special Education, Simmons
College, Boston, USA and an MSc in International Management in the Middle
East and North Africa, School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS),
University of London, London, UK

Ghassan Hamzi
COO & VP
Ghassan joined the company in April 2010 as Operations Manager. Ghassan has
almost 30 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, mostly in the
United States where we he worked for many international and American chains,
including 14 years at Applebees International. He brings a lot of
experience and technical knowhow to our team and will play a big role in
building our systems and policies to make sure we maintain quality and
service in our stores as we grow.
